We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Abuja

Description
The following are the Tasks and responsibilities of the Administrative Manager:

  • Oversee the day-to-day experience of clients
  • Stocktaking of office consumables
  • Manage, upload and respond to prospective clients on all social media handles(social media marketing)
  • Write a post and manage contents on the company’s blog/website
  • Prepare staff payroll
  • Prepare and Manage official documents/documentation
  • Client email management
  • Balance and keep records of all financial transactions
  • Keep track, manage and properly document Valid8 Bizpress service providers data
  • Properly document, manage and track details of client’s data

Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or related courses.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related position.
  • Preferably female
  • Must be resident in Abuja.
