Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The storekeeper should be an organized and detail-oriented person who will manage all of the operations in our storeroom.
- In this position, he or she shall play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage, expiry, or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record keeping.
Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The officer shall coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- He/she shall supervise staff working beneath him/her and assign responsibilities to ensure performance, while keeping stock of activities in the gift shop.
Job Brief
- He/she will undertake administrative tasks (which include book keeping), ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
- The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise support staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
