Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The successful applicant will serve as a liaison between Sterling Homes Limited and its Clients; she shall also be saddled with the responsibility of customer service which includes but not limited to, dealing with complaints, orders, account questions or balance enquiry, subscription.
- The successful applicant shall also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, helping to retain customers and assisting in generating repeated sales revenue for the company.
Academic Qualifications
- HND, B.Sc or B.A from reputable tertiary institutions.
Experience:
- Interested applicants must have at least one year experience working as a Customer Service Representative.
Skills:
- Interested applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested applicants must be proficient in computer appreciation, i.e, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
Age/Gender:
- Interested applicants must be female and must not be above 28 years.
Location:
- Only applicants resident on the Lagos mainland would be considered.
