Job Summary
- The Billing officer will be responsible for issuing invoices and customer statements.
Job Details
- Issue Invoices & Credit Memos to customers
- Issue Monthly Customer Statement
- Liaise with sales Department (Sales Support Officer)
Requirements
- Must have a HND or Higher degree.
- Must have Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
- Must have a Basic Knowledge in Accounting
- Must be Experienced in using Billing or Software
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a billing officer
- Must have the knowledge of the use of Billing Software
- Must have a good command of English (Spoken and Written).
- Must be a Team Player
- Must be Highly Organized and Pay attention to details
