PenCom Salary Structure for Entry Level Staff.
As at the time of this publication, we could not get the exact salary structure for PenCom, but rumour has it that an average staff on GL 8 in Pencom is paid around N70,000 to N90,000 monthly.
Apart from the basic salaries paid to PenCom staff, there are some allowances which they are entitled to. However, these allowances depend on some criteria such as year of service, location, the position occupied etc.
