About National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC)

National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) was established by Decree No. 15 of 1993 as amended by Decree No. 19 of 1999 and now the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control Act Cap N1 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 2004 to regulate and control the manufacture, importation, exportation, distribution, advertisement, sale and use of Food, Drugs, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Packaged Water, Chemicals and Detergents (collectively known as regulated products). The agency was officially established in October 1992.

NAFDAC Recruitment Requirements 

1. Possession of B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any discipline from a recognized institution
2. Applicants must not be above 35 years old
3. You need to have a WAECNECO obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.
4. National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution.
5. Candidates are required to also have NCE certificate from a recognized institution; or
   General Certificate of Education obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
