Job Description
- We are looking for human resource personnel to Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions with staff and representatives as well as liaise with a few customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Create a performance management process
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Making sure staff are paid correctly and on time
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Looking after the health safety and welfare of all employees
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities
Requirements and Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND/OND
- Experience Length: 1 year
- Ability to navigate browsers, apps and other techs using a smartphone will be key
- Strong Ethics and Reliability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and word)
