Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL) is a group company of Indorama Corporation, a global manufacturing conglomerate operating in over 25 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North & South America.

IEFCL is one amongst the ambitious greenfield projects of Indorama in Nigeria and is the world’s largest single-train Urea – Fertilizer plant, commissioned in June 2016.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Account Manager (Sales, Food and Beverage)

Location: Lagos
Position: Mid-level

Job Summary

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for engaging and managing business relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • This includes identifying and providing business solutions to existing and potential clients while explaining the company’s products and services to them, and guiding them through their purchase process.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage business relationships for improved patronage.
  • Monitor client’s business performance and introduce metrics that will enhance clients’ business.
  • Constantly communicate and educate clients on new products and service opportunities.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of the Company’s products.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from client visits.
  • Liaise with other members of the sales and technical teams.

Minimum Educational requirement

  • B.Sc./HND in Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or Biological and Physical sciences and other science related field.
  • Minimum Experience: Required: 8 years Sales/Marketing experience in related sector

Competence/Skills required:

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent prospecting skills.
  • Good relationship management skill
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing within the Oil & Gas sector.

 

 

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location:
 Lagos
Departments: Additives

Job Summary

  • The business development manager is responsible for identifying, establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with clients on behalf of the company, while maximizing sales potential with existing ones.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads while maintain good relationship with existing clients at all levels.
  • Provide business solutions that constantly add value to clients’ business while increasing the Company’s sales.
  • Undertake regular market research to increase the Company’s market share.
  • Prepare and attend business presentations, proposals and tenders on the company’s products and services in line with established standard.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Minimum Educational requirement:

  • B.Sc./HND in Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry or Biological and Physical sciences and other science related disciplines.

Minimum Experience:

  • 15 years’ experience in sales and business development within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Competence/Skills required:

  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with High level of integrity.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including leadership and strategic.
  • Have strong relationships with potential clients within Oil and Gas sector.
