We are recruiting to fill the following vacant positions below:

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Manager

Location: Nigeria

The Job

  • Management of the company’s heavy equipment and maintenance operations.
  • Schedule and prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Oversee multiple maintenance mechanics, establishing productivity goals and tracking progress of work.
  • Monitor the productivity, efficiency and utilization of Technicians. Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to ensure optimum manpower efficiency.
  • Review customers’ service orders and inspect the quality of repairs carried out by technicians before the release of heavy equipment.

Requirements/Qualification

  • 5 O-Levels credits including Mathematics and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering  (minimum of Second Class Lower Division).

Experience:

  • 7-10 years experience in a Heavy Equipment Workshop.

The Person Must:

  • Be adept in troubleshooting, repairing and overhauling of equipment.
  • Know how to deliver value through people.
  • Have good communication skills.

Job Title: Budget Reporting Analyst

Location: Nigeria

The Job

  • Assist with timely and accurate Budgeting, Reporting & Consolidation of Group Management / Financial Accounts.
  • Conduct analysis of key expenses such as Marketing, Supply chain, and cost of production; monitor monthly results against budget and highlight variances.
  • Participate in the financial aspect of investment proposal assessments.
  • Establish product profitability by SKU and sales channel.
  • Develop, manage and report various set of KPIs (such as working capital, assets, and financial instruments) in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements/Qualification

  • 5 O-Levels credits including Mathematics and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or related discipline.

The Person Must:

  • Have excellent report writing skills.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have good analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience:

  • 3 years cognate experience.
  • Professional membership (ACA, ACCA) is a must.
