- Have at least a Bachelors’ degree in Architecture
- Have not less than 3years’ experience in Project Management
- Be a proficient user of designing software such as Sketch up, AutoCAD, 3D Max
- Be available for travelling.
- Project Management certification will be of added advantage
Job Title: Client Sales Officer
- Attend, understand and handle client needs to ensure they satisfied and to also make sales.
- Ensure conducive and friendly ambiance, proper display of furniture and accessories in the showroom.
- To prepare a quotation on furniture, draped, accessories and blinds.
- To select fabric for furniture production for client and showroom request.
- Follow up on client effectively via email calls and text messages.
- To raise works order for furniture production and as well prepare delivery schedule for client.
- To ensure proper documentation, reports and word round.
The candidate should posses:
- A Bsc degree in any course
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite.
- Minimum of two years experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill.
